Cancellation & Refund Policy

Young Vets Club offers two subscription options:

• One-Year Subscription – a single 12-month subscription that does not renew
• Annual Auto-Renewing Subscription – a 12-month subscription that renews automatically each year

All subscriptions are billed once per year at £36 and include four (4) quarterly magazine issues.

A welcome pack is included with your first subscription only and is not sent on renewal.

If you have an annual auto-renewing subscription, your subscription will renew automatically each year unless cancelled.

Payment is taken once per year on the anniversary of your original subscription start date.

To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal payment is due.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling your subscription:

• Stops any future renewal payments
• Does not end your current paid subscription
• Does not affect magazines already paid for

You will continue to receive all remaining magazines until the end of your paid subscription year.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days of purchase and request a refund.

If you cancel within this 14-day cooling-off period and magazines or welcome packs have already been supplied, we may deduct the value of those items from your refund.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Renewal payments are non-refundable once taken.

If your subscription renews automatically and the annual payment has been processed, we are unable to offer a refund for that subscription year.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Welcome packs and magazines delivered to UK addresses are shipped second class, free of charge.

International delivery may incur additional charges and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Once items have been dispatched, they cannot be returned. Any refund during the cooling-off period may be adjusted to reflect items already supplied.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal will apply to that subscription period.
